To be perfectly honest, I haven’t enjoyed the Africa Cup of Nations as much as I expected to so far. The Togo bus shooting was a bad start for all kinds of reasons, and then – Group D aside – the group stages failed to produce much of a climax. But that’s over now, and we’re ready for some proper knockout football in the quarterfinals.
