(Groups listed at the bottom) 2. …be the two teams to make the final? 3. …win the Cup? 4. …be the biggest disappointment? (a high-ranked team which will do less well than expected) 5. …be the biggest positive surprise? (a lower-ranked team that will do better than expected. Think: Turkey in Euro 2008.) 6. …be the team(s) which will go out in the Group stage, but which would have advanced in another group? 7. …be the team which will advance despite playing butt-numbingly boring football? 8. …be the Golden Boot?
